Quinn is a rarity. At just 14 years old, Quinn knew she was meant to be a publicist (thanks to HBO/Debi Mazar) and pursued a degree in Strategic Communications from Elon University. After graduating, she moved to Boston to earn her stripes and worked in tech PR, then consumer PR, representing software, restaurants, banks, snack brands, beers and everything in between. When the winters became too much for the North Carolina native, she packed up her vinyl collection and set her sights on finally pursuing her passion of music PR in Nashville, TN. She worked at NPG PR before joining BBR Music Group, where she rose through the ranks, responsible for launching the careers of a slew of new artists including three CMA Best New Artist winners—most notably, Country superstars Jelly Roll and Lainey Wilson (and subsequently setting up her GRAMMY® Award-winning Album of the Year, Bell Bottom Country). She also led the PR efforts for several seasoned hitmakers including Randy Houser’s critically acclaimed Magnolia album and Parmalee’s triumphant return to the top of the charts. In 2022, Quinn was named one of Music Row's "Next Big Things," joined Big Machine Label Group and quickly assumed the role as Head of Communications, overseeing the label’s extensive roster of artists as well as all corporate communications efforts. As the 2024 CMA Publicist of the Year nominee, she was the mastermind behind Riley Green’s rapid ascent into media madness, spearheading his publicity along with several marketing initiatives that resulted in record-breaking successes for Green (and the label), including his first CMA Award win. Quinn was also responsible for the buzz and critical acclaim surrounding new artist Jackson Dean and the driving force behind his top-performing social media posts from 2022-2024.
A woman of many talents, Quinn can drive stick, make furniture, sail competitively, sew, crush any trivia night (especially music), fix just about anything and make a mean shrimp ‘n grits... but it is her ability to understand people (call it her "Quinntuition" perhaps?), find the story, and translate it for the rest of the world that makes her stand out. Truly one-of-a-kind, paradoxes are what make her quintessentially Quinn. She is both a fountain of creative ideas and a driven, steadfast executor. She is logical and efficient, yet personable. She can also see the forest through the trees as well as the immediate next step, making her the indispensable problem-solver you want on your team.
